I started baking my freshman year oh high school and haven’t really stopped since. I’ve grown up watching my mother in the kitchen so I suppose she was my main inspiration. I started small with my first recipe being cream puffs. Since then I’ve expanded my repertoire of recipes to just about anything and everything. From souffles to tarts to classic apple pie. I love making just about anything. Photography also became a hobby of mine early on. I can remember taking pictures and being interested in photography since third grade. Now I’ve combined both of my passions into one place.

I’m now a sophomore in college, studying international relations. I’ve found that dorm room kitchens are not the ideal set up for a blog, and that studying gets in the way of my baking far too often. However I still manage to squeeze in some time in the kitchen on trips home.
